Asst. Store Manager Danielle is rude and unprofessional. On Monday, April 26, 2021. I visited the store with my 78 year old mother. The cashier was drowning with customers. I counted 11 people in the line she was not getting help from the Asst. Manager. She was not trying to assist the cashier and became aggressive when she was ask any questions about why she is not helping her. She went on to say that "I don't have to do that". She became confrontational and aggressive with customers.

I called on 4/28/2021 to speak with a manager to rfile a formal complaint, Danielle anwered the phone and stated that her name was Tasha (I know the voice). I asked to speak with a manager, when I asked; to whom am I speaking with, she stated "You ask to speak with a manager didnt you"? Again, rude, said bye Teresah and hung up the phone. This is poor judgement in the hiring profile of anyone that you would want to represent...

If you go into this Save-A-Lot knowing that this is a Supermarket based solely on saving money, then you will not be disappointed.

You cannot go here expecting to find top tier merchandise . You come here to get what you and your family need for a good value and they offer merchandise from vendors who are able to offer that value.

If you understand that, then you'll be happy shopping at this Save-A-Lot.

Ok, 🤨🤔 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE😡 except for one cashier. She is AWESOME!!! she is short, with long hair maybe in her early 20s. The restroom.s has been out of order for 3 months. I was shopping with my husband this time. For the most part, I go shopping with my daughter-in-law Andie, and yes the bathrooms are out of order according to their employees. Very disappointed It's now July 29 and the bathroom is still out of order. This is unacceptable to the workers and customers.
