I don't normally leave reviews, nor have I EVER had a complaint about anywhere I have ever gotten my hair cut, but I would not return to this location. The woman that cut my hair all but humiliated me the entire visit. She commented over and OVER again about how "dry" my hair was and proceeded to completely DRENCH my hair in leave-in conditioner and water. She came off WAY too strong about how apparently awful my hair was, and then pushed their leave-in conditioner product on me, to the point of literally shoving it in my hand at checkout, after telling me that the leave-in product I already have, isn't good enough. The actual haircut itself wasn't bad - but I left feeling cut-down, which is unfortunate. She did nothing but tell me how grown out, dry, and unacceptable my hair was. My husband also got his hair cut, and the gentleman that cut his was very nice and professional, but the lady that cut mine was so unprofessional in her "advice" about my hair, (that by the way, was COMPLETELY unsolicited) that we will not be returning to...

Lexi & management from Great Clips over on Roosevelt went over and beyond to fix my neighbors son's hair today, along with great advice for taking care of his hair. Back story, Zech received hair cut Wednesday @ Collins, unfortunately it was uneven, not a big deal take him back to Collins Rd. To get fixed... Fast-forward today, Manager Karen was extremely unprofessional, unwilling to fix his hair, or share name of person who worked yesterday so we could get it fixed. Refused to look at schedule saying "I didn't work yesterday I have no way of knowing who cut his hair. No receipt, no number & you don't know her name then there's nothing I can do." Asked for manager or corporates # since she refuse to help, entire situation went no where. There are some amazing people @ Collins Rd. who does amazing & have amazing customer service. Unfortunately that is not Karen, maybe she will take this time to reflect on her customer...

Monica was AMAZING! I asked for a meduim trendy mullet and went in really nervous since I've had bad experiences in the past with hair salons. She did so good though. Not only was the place super clean, everyone very friendly, but when I pointed out I wanted a part just a little bit thinner she listened and did it without making me feel like I was committing a crime (which can be hard to do at salons). I told her about my problem with picking my scalp in case she noticed any dandruff or whatever and she didn't even mind which made me feel so much safer and comfortable since that can be an insecurity of mine when going to a salon. The conversation was smooth, very friendly, and didn't feel forced at all. It was an amazing experience and my hair turned out better than was hoping for. I will 100% be going back to get my hair done in the future. My husband and I got our cuts for only 35! I highly suggest going...
