This location used to be excellent but since Angie left it is unworthy. The technicianās are good but customer service is horrible. Heather is the call center member service coordinator who returned my call. I called because I was charged twice. I explained to her that there were a total of 5 attempts to charge me & that I froze my card to prevent the other attempts. She debated me about the number of attempts. When I told her I could provide proof she told me to take the proof to the location. I asked āarenāt you the member service coordinator?ā She began to repeat her debate. When I asked for the corporate address she said sheād get the address and call me back (2 weeks & still waiting). I told her I donāt want my membership anymore because of this & her unwillingness to assist. She said that the charge has been reversed, it could take a few days for the credit to show & the July fee would be deducted on 07/03/22. I repeated that I no longer wanted the membership. On 7/2/22 the credit appeared & on 7/3/22 the fee was deducted again. I will not return & my card is canceled. Most businesses want loyal customers but apparently my loyalty for years is...

The staff is so inconsistent which is a big issue for me. The last time I went in for a wax the wax lady was cold, rude, would not reply to anything I said to her and left wax all over me, also made remarks and sounds about me. I was totally clean, had showered right before going that day. I do have a few scars from HS but Iāve been getting waxed for YEARS and have never had anyone make me feel like that about scars I could not change on my body. It was the most unprofessional experience and most uncomfortable and slightly traumatizing experience I have ever had, it truly seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her for being there! Seems like they need a new job with that mentality. Also to make someone feel bad about their own body? As a service provider that should NEVER be an option.

Everyone was super helpful in answering all my questions and putting my fear and anxiety at bay. Alexis (the Cosmetologist) was really nice and did an amazing job. I have been here several times since my initial visit and I have not been disappointed. They always use a fresh bucket of wax and a clean applicator each time they go back in it. All services are well worth the money. If you need anything more than an eyebrow wax, I recommend booking days (or weeks) in advance. This place is extremely busy and rarely has any cancellations, although they try to be as flexible as possible with enough advance. This establishment is very clean and well-kept.
