Bowling and arcade are family / date friendly. Karaoke and pool however are in the pub., The establishment is handicapped accessible and offering a fun diverse spot to hang out. Stereo is extremely loud in the lively bowling arena. Great karaoke in the inside side pub.(left) which has regulars too. The bar tender is polite and efficient as is Jessie the DJ; whose a great singer Great bowlers and singers!!. Snack bar staff are crazy busy and a bit impatient at times, need to greet their customers ; but do a good job cooking and cleaning! . For the pub ( I'd) you must be of age which is strictly enforced. There are arcade games in the pub and a nice pool table. There's also an arcade room for the kids and this is a family friendly environment. Apparently the bowling skills are admirable and good clean fun. Both ends of the alley have ample rest rooms which are supplied and clean..Bowling Amazing singing and everyone was polite and supportive of a variety of musical genres. It's true the older and younger singers are obviously supportive and enjoy every type of music!!! They all are into the fun, passion and challenge of developing talent. However the seasoned voices that sing are impressive and nice. All are welcome with I'd. You can order food, sodas , tea, beer or wine . People don't overdo the alcohol consumption which is refreshing. The hamburger is grilled and tasty. There are alot of bowlers. They are peaceful happy campers and have alot of fun. There is plenty of parking . Handicapped access and security. I'd recommend this fun spot. Due to the volume id not bring a baby here. Bowling alleys tend to be loud so bring ear plugs ....
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this bowling alley. Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude. I understand their policy on outside food and drinks, but their refusal to provide a simple cup of iced tap water was unjustifiable. Instead of offering a basic amenity, they directed me to a grimy water fountain that was far from appetizing. I advise management to look up how much bacteria can harvest on water fountains. Paying customers should at least get a free bottle of water or a cup of water at the very least.
On that hot night, I politely asked for ice with my water, only to be met with a flat "no" by the rude young lady behind the counter. Contrastingly, she was quick to offer my friends and me a free styrofoam cup of Sprite, raising questions about their priorities. Adding insult to injury, when I accidentally dropped the cap to my drink, they refused to provide a replacement. When I requested a refill, I was met with yet another uncompromising "no".
The stringency of their rules borders are absolutely absurd, and their lack of basic customer service was deeply disappointing. A visit here left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would caution others to consider "BOWLERO" right down the street where hospitality and common courtesy are better upheld.
Matty, if you see this don't bother responding to this review to try to make things "right" because according to many other reviews mentioning the same issues from over a year ago that you've also responded to nothings been changed the slightest. Do better. Until then. I will...
Read moreWe had three to our group and had not been bowling in years. I understand it was spring break it was crowded but they didn’t control the crowd. We tried to bowl but the lane next to us had five people on the floor going up to the line watching the bowler bowl so our lane couldn’t bowl until they moved. They were throwing balls incorrectly and I honestly thought someone would get hit or hurt. It was out of control and felt like I wasted my money by distractions and only the bowler should be on the floor! Could have had a more pleasant experience if they watch their lanes and control the crowd Other than that it probably would have been fine. You can’t bowl if people are in your lane standing on the bowling floor watching friends. To much screaming etc. the cops came in as we were leaving so assuming to help in controlling. Really should make sure you watch your lanes and control who’s on the floor. That’s a shame because really wanted to have a good time and maybe be back. They made announcements if you bring drinks or food in you would be asked to leave then make announcements only the person bowling on the floor and stay in your lane. Respect other bowlers. I would of said something to the desk but I’m sure there would of been a fight etc. our three where in our 50s the others were teen and 20s. Too old to fight to old to get hurt or the drama. I’m very disappointed was looking forward to a...
