Happy Wok — Restaurant in Jacksonville

We ordered delivery from these guys last night. Before ever placing the order I called to make sure that the wontons didn't have any crab meat in them, they told me that they don't. We get our food and my wife bites into a wonton and you can see the crab meat in it. She got on the phone with them to double check and this is when the "owner" starts telling her, of course they have crab all CREAM CHEESE WONTONS have crab! She started yelling at my wife about it, yelled at me about it, and then came to our apartment and continued to argue. She refused to make it right or do anything about the situation. I am very upset that you would treat a customer in this way. We pay your bills, rent, food, put clothing on your back and for what? To be treated with disrespect? What if one of us was allergic to shellfish? And you tell us it doesn't have any crab... That could be a deadly situation because of your carelessness!

After all of this, I ordered fried rice and got white rice, which I'm sure I was charged for, but I wouldn't know because the delivery guy never gave us the receipt!

Yesterday I ordered some boneless spare ribs with white rice and i just so happen to eat in the restaurant with my girlfriend and cousin when i got my food and started to eat i stopped noticing the meat was nothing but fat and it didn't look done and the rice smelt bad I showed my girlfriend and she took the plate back to the lady at the cash register she argued that they do not do refunds my girlfriend told her she didn't want a refund just something different because the food was bad she yelled no and another man that worked there came to the front and started yelling and speaking Chinese they did not want to give me my money back but when I told her I could get sick from the food they gave me she got scared because I told her I will report the restaurant she slammed my money on the counter and said don't eat here anymore I have been eating there so long and the food use to be good but after yesterday HAPPY WOK WILL NEVER GET...

RUNNNNNNN...LADY Cook is definitely upset and has a nasty attitude! This should be UNHAPPY WOK!!
