Whataburger — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Very friendly, caring employees. Food is good & delivered to our table promptly, with a smile & condiments in hand for you to choose from. My husband, a preacher, & a deacon friend eat at this location 2-4 times a week. I eat at this location 2-4 times a month, usually after doctor appointments. We have been very satisfied with everything the majority of the time. The few problems we have had are so small & far between that they are not worth mentioning & were corrected quickly, with apologies & a smile. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I always treat them with the same grace & respect that I would want them to treat me if I had made the mistake. NO ONE is perfect, except Jesus Christ, The Only Begotten Son of God Almighty! And He was beaten beyond recognition, cursed, spat on, humiliated & crucified for the sins of everyone! He was buried in a borrowed tomb. Three days later He was bodily raised to life & was seen by more than 500 people. Later Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven, where He sits at the right hand of The Father & in the hearts of believers. Be sincere & honest as you confess & turn away from your sins to Jesus Christ, ask His forgiveness & for Him to come into your heart to be your Lord & Savior! He will! Then Jesus Christ will send Holy Ghost to live in you as a seal & guarantee that you are saved & will spend eternity in Heaven with our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ & Holy Ghost! I saw a sign near the speaker that said free kids meal with purchase of whata meal. So I ordered a number 13 tender meal, with honey mustard, and a kids cheeseburger meal, with ranch and with apple slices, unsweetened tea and cookie. I asked if the second sauce came with and they said it was extra. I asked about the deal before ordering thinking that it would be taken off by the time I got to window. Also that never told me my total at the speaker, they just told me to pull around.

I get to the window, they say it’s 18 soemthing as they grab my card, I’m like wait what about the deal. They swipe it without hearing, I said it again and where like “ I’m sorry it’s my first day” or something, I’m like ok. Then they ask for the manager, so I’m thinking they are going to refund me right then and there. No, they hand me the food and say have a great day. I’m annoyed and want to go home so Im thinking I’ll just just deal with customer service to get my money back.

I get home to realize there is no cheese on my burger, all the sauces are .40 each, there are no apple slices in the kids meal, and the tea is all sweet. I clearly corrected them with they reappeared “sweet...

Can't say enough nice things about this particular Whataburger. I'd had a pretty awful experience the week prior at a nearby location, but I have nothing but high marks here.

First, culture makes a huge difference in any work environment. Ana and her team genuinely looked happy to be there. Ana was pleasant, thoughtful, engaging and attentive with every customer. When a big rush came around noon - she signaled the team that the "the dining room is full" never taking her eyes off the customers looking to accommodate patrons who were lined up outside the door. The team immediately responded and found another gear to work quickly - together. Very impressive.

The food was hot and fresh and although I'm admittedly a bit biased towards Whataburger in general...this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while.

This place was spotless. They do a really good job keeping up with the cleaning schedule which I can't imagine is easy. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and I have to give major kudos here.

We'll have to stop by again the next time we're in Jacksonville. My only request would be that they start carrying merch in the restaurants, but I'm...
