Wawa — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is the absolute most disgusting WaWa much less gas station I have ever visited. The restroom has blood splattered all over the wall, cotton balls with blood on it, feces on the toilets, used feminine hygiene products hanging out of the trash. The mirrors and sinks looks like they've never been wiped down. The gas pumps & trash cans are filthy, looking like they've never been wiped down, and no windshield cleaning fluid or receipt tape. When asking for the manager, his crew was surprised he wasn't even wearing a headset and when I tried telling him the bathroom was gross and disgusting, instead of saying he'd get it handled, he proceeded with excuses of who wasn't at work or didn't show up, etc. I realize the pandemic has caused a lot of people to not show up to work. But there were 2 people at the register (only 1 customer), the manager and another lady in the office, and then there's the kitchen crew. Ad a manager, he should have just said he'd handle it, and go clean it himself if need be, that's what a manager is for... customer service AND SAFETY, not excuses....

Would give them 5 Stars, but they are slacking in 1 area consistently. RARELY is there receipt tape in the pumps. Anyone using a company gas card almost always needs receipts along with those who use their personal vehicle for work. More often than not, I am forced to go inside to obtain a receipt because the pump has no tape. One other issue that they seem to ignore and that is the people who continuously park in the handicap spaces when they have no permit. Happens every afternoon. I see people who are genuinely handicapped, with a permit that cannot get to the spaces because of what seems to be the same people illegally in the spaces. An unmarked JSO vehicle would have a...

I've come to this place a total of three times. I have also tried the Wawa's down the street around the same amount of times. Both of these horrible establishments can never keep anything in stock. I come from mashed potatoes, they're all out. I come for cookies and cream milkshake, they're all out. I come for chicken strips, they're all out. How bad at managing a store can you be to not have these items so consistently. Mind you, over the three times I've stopped here specifically, I have not bought a single thing due to this. They refuse to do their jobs is all I can say. In fact, the last time I was here they just straight up stop making desserts...
