The experience I had with the store Linda Cunningham was brief, but left a lasting impression on me. I was looking for custom fashion brands in Jacksonville to see and potentially purchase something designed just for me. Impressed with the few designs I saw on their website- I called, it was 4:17pm on Thursday November 21,2019. The woman who answered me gave me a greeting and I asked if they were hiring because, I know someone who would be interested in a job with a professional designer and even I was curious about the process because, fashion and clothing is my passion. Before I could finish my sentence the woman rudely interrupted me and stated in an unprofessional tone which blew me away that No they were not hiring and would not be. Didn’t give me the courtesy of finishing my question and then politely let me down like most people well versed in the social etiquette of our society. Then I asked if they would be hiring in the future someday once again she spoke even ruder to me and said us few who work here are here to stay and they don’t have a turnover rate. Which is good that shows a strong company that keeps their workers pleased. At this point in our conversation I had become fed up with the disrespect. For one I am a human being and do not deserve to be treated in such a manner. Two I am a customer and my experience be it in the store or on the phone is priority. I’m not buying from this brand because, customer service and focus is clearly not something that’s valued here. So I hung up on this woman without a goodbye and won’t be giving her rude behavior or this brand another thought besides the ones that I have already given.
