**SELLING RECALLED ITEMS!!! I purchased a Baby Trend Sit and Stand double stroller at this location on 9/02/25. After using it once I realized it was too heavy for me to use, so I returned to the store on 9/23/25 to sell it back. They then informed me that they could not buy it because it was recalled in early 2023. Once I realized I had been sold an unsafe, recalled item I requested a full refund as this item should have never been sold. They said without the original tag there was nothing they could do- however they have a reward program that tracks every purchase you make in their store, and they refused to use that system. One of the associates also mentioned that they needed to figure out which employee was accepting recalled items because just yesterday someone tried to sell them a baby swing they had originally purchased at that store and it had been recalled prior to their purchase as well. So this is an ongoing problem they are aware of and they do not have a plan in place to rectify it. I have already reported them to the CPSC and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, but parents need to be aware this location is selling...

Will not be returning to this location! I frequent this store often over a time span of 3 years. I thought they were a pillar of customer satisfaction. I usually just shop and leave. This time I actually brought clothes in for the first time ever St this location. I asked for help walking to my car, something I have seen often as a customer and even seen the same day when dropping off my clothes I wanted store credit for. I was told by Andrea, "they're not allowed to leave the store." Another employee immediately said she'll help me walk out and then Andrea STOPPED her from trying to assist. I came back in after 2 trips to my car to speak to the manager Valerie. I wanted to know is this a new rule. She immediately was hostile to the fact that I even wanted to ask her a question. She went around in circles trying to defend her employee and point out details that had nothing to do with the issue. She admitted it's not a rule but never apologized or helped me to my car. She was being defensive and un-accommodating. Then smiled while yelling bye! Just spent $140 during this same interaction,...

So I've been here a few times in the past week since I've been cleaning out my kids closets. Jeanann and Vanessa are great and actually take the time to go through the things you bring. Yesterday I had my order done by savannah. I got the text that my buy was complete 7 minutes after dropping off my bag with 32 items. When I walked in she wasn't even near my stuff and just hanging out talking to this girl. I thought it was weird that it didn't even take 10 minutes. She told me the stuff that they passed on was because of "minor stains." There were things in the bag that were brand new, and even the lightly worn items didn't have any stains. It's not that she chose to pass up on things, it's that she didn't go through everything. Every item left in the bag was folded in the exact order I had them, exactly how I did it, untouched. So maybe she just didn't feel like going through such a big load but it is her job right? So I'll be going to a different location...
