I have been fighting with them for about 5 months now and still have not received what i payed for🤣 they stopped answering my phone calls and messages and i have had to go the store in person several times or if not i would have not heard anything from them. i finally received my bedroom set but without the chest. they told me it was discontinued and didn’t offer to exchange it for another one (everything is already paid off) after i was ignored and had to go into store, they ordered me a new one saying it would get there within a week which it did not. when they delivered the chest they only sent ONE person to bring it up the stairs and he ended making a huge gash in my wall. turns out once again they delivered the wrong thing. it’s now ab to be a month again since that and i have only heard one thing ab my actual dresser and they never came on the date they said they would. they haven’t even picked up the dresser that i didn’t order. when i called john he didn’t even know which one they had ordered for me that day i went in i had to send them a photo. Today i called and Wayne picked up very rude by the way he hung up on me :) Both John and Wayne clearly don’t care about their customers. luckily i have been taking photos of everything. Read moreI went into the store and bought a bedroom set almost 1 year ago from today for my birthday. i paid 1,200 for a chest, a dresser, a lamp, 2 candle holders and a bed frame as well as a box spring. they took over a month to deliver my furniture. i also realized a few days after my stuff being dropped off that my headboard was not the same as the one i picked out in store. i ordered a much bigger headboard and the one that was given to me was much smaller in comparison. the manager/owner pretty much ignored my concerns even after i went to the store to show proof. no compensation, just complete lies saying he was going to fix the issue without ever doing anything. not to mention he sold me a dresser with broken glass. granted, i was aware of the damage and i agreed to that flaw but with how my overall experience went, it feels scummy & i do not recommend doing...
