I had my daughter’s birthday party on May 17th. It was a Saturday and never ever again will I have a birthday party here especially on a Saturday. They over booked. Everything was chaotic. Had i not have gone into the location to put some money down towards the party i would not have known they had me listed for 13 children and 13 adults and i actually had 19 and 19 my guest would not have been accommodated. Everything was so unorganized. My family and I set up my daughters entire party which that part was fine we didn’t mind doing that but we did basically host our own party other than going to get the things we did not have access to. I spoke with the regional manager a few days prior to my daughter’s party he assured me that they would have everything correct. I purchased additional play cards for each child in attendance and was not told until the party they had to put all of the flames on one card so i basically would have had to follow behind the children throughout the party to swipe the one card to be shared between 19 children. When i expressed that needed to be fixed i was told my party had to be paid in full. I paid with no issues which i told them was not a good idea in case they had to charge me extra for something or not charge me for a child not showing up or anything. But i paid as requested. They could not fix the issue with the play cards and my daughters party was coming to an end. I asked for a refund for the play cards and was told I had to wait 7-10 days to receive my money back when they could have just waited to fix the issue and adjusted my balance accordingly as I have had done at other places. There weren’t enough tables to accommodate my party size and we had to wait for another party to finish before we could get the extra table. When i tried to reach back out to express the concerns I had at my daughters party no one will respond to me now because they already got paid so I guess the urgency to call me back is non existent. On a positive note the staff was very friendly they really did try to help with the issues it’s just that the issue was not fixable by them so it was out of their hands. Jemya Kam Trey (i believe that’s his name) and Regina were all super nice and they really tried their best. There was also a female manager there that was also very nice and tried her best to accommodate. I will never have a party here again. It’s a great place for a play date but parties especially Saturday no way will never...

My family celebrated my grandsons 2nd Birthday it was a bit rocky from the beginning. Staffed informed my daughter that she could arrive 2 hrs prior to get reserved table ready for his birthday. We arrived at 3:30pm since party was scheduled for 5:30pm, once walking in informing staff why we was there they stated they had nothing available and to come back at 5pm. We arrive at 5pm staff once again informed us nothing was ready that the parties they had was still at tables and they will be clearing out shorty. At 5:15 we go back inside to get an update then staffed said table is being cleaned. While my daughter & I rushed to get table, balloons, goodie bags set, our guest to arrive in the midst of this chaos. The check in process is horrible! Parents were even arguing with staff about the shoe policy in front of all these children present where is the security? While I understand kids will be kids, the 3 and under section definitely needs to be monitored. While there with my 2 yr old grandson, older kids just in & out throwing items from ball pit. The infant & toddlers couldn't enjoy themselves, parents started to remove their children including my self. Is the place fun yes did the children part of our party have fun yes as did the adult's just some tweaks need to be made. Hostess ehhhh could have definitely could have been better as far as engaging with us we got served warm soda not a big multitasker! Then at the end whole we start cleaning up after we had all tables cleaned but 1 1/2 Hostess says we will get it then the cherry on top what seems to be the manager pulls table cloth off says "hope you enjoyed yourself please leave us us review and tip your Hostess is you haven't already " ummm excuse me? For all the money paid the care & urgency should be top priority if you want your team to be tipped. (Which we did prior to the manager saying this). Parties should be limited per day and concluded in a timely manner. It's ok for staff to start clearing out a friendly 30 min reminder would be great. "Hey your booked party time frame will be ending in 30 minutes please start to clear food, gifts decor etc... we do have another guest booked." Say something respectfully we all paid to get in. Great concept of a place, but having a birthday party here was not worth the price. Customer service was terrible from the confirmation call, all the way through the actual party.

There was no direction when it came to the check in process. No special line for birthday parties or any signs or anything. The staff were rude until I mentioned I was hosting a birthday party there, then all of a sudden her tone changed.

Party pricing makes no sense. It would have been cheaper to just pay admission for all the kids at $22 each, adults are free with their kids, and then buy them each a lunch set at $7, which also includes a game card. Instead, if you book a party you have to pay for ALL the adults AND infants (which are also normally free). And THEN you pay an upcharge for them to bring you Pizza Hut pizza, which was way late for us, everyone was starving and cranky by the time it showed up. We had 15 kids, which would have been $435 with normal admittance and food costs. Instead they wanted to charge us over $700 for the same people, only difference is there was pizza, drinks, and cake. You’re not allowed to bring outside food in, but their food is from outside sources. They don’t even have private party rooms, your tables are in the middle of everyone else so people are walking through your “party” the entire time you’re there. The party host doesn’t really do anything, we served our own food and drinks, cut the cake, lit the candles, etc. She came around every so often to pick up trash but that was really it. Chuck E. Cheese does a better birthday party than this place!

On top of all of that, this place was so crowded, and there were NO staff in the play area to supervise or anything. We noticed so many safety hazards. The kids all had fun but none of the parents were impressed by this place. Very...
