Disappointed with Warranty and Service

I purchased a washer from this store and, while I’ll give credit for prompt delivery and installation, the experience quickly went downhill. The washer made loud grinding noises the very next morning — clearly not in good working condition. I contacted them repeatedly over the next three weeks via calls and texts, but received either no response or excuses (like the delivery truck being in the shop). Despite their claim of a 30-day warranty, they seemed to stall until that window passed. I eventually gave up and bought a reliable washer from Lowe’s. Overall, this was a frustrating waste of time and money. Wish 0 stars...

I had a very frustrating experience at this store. I was quoted a specific price for an appliance multiple times—both over the phone and in person—but when I came in to finalize the purchase, they completely denied ever giving me that price. Even after I calmly explained the situation and reminded them of our previous conversations, they were dismissive and rude. There was zero accountability, and the attitude from the staff made the whole thing worse. I expected better from a local business. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and respectful...

Went in and while the guy inside was nice, he had the lights off, “to keep it cool”. After spending almost $800, my wife wrote our address and phone number, SO IT COULD BE READ! When the delivery date came and was almost gone, we went up to check on our delivery. NO ONE IN THE SHOP!! WITH THE DOORS OPEN! Left a note and, miraculously, we get a text the next day and supposedly the guy “misread or was calling the wrong number”. Yeah right. Don’t waste time or money here, spend a bit more and get good...
