Hope my review can help you. 1- their refund policy are crazy, no exchanges, no refunds at all if the package is open. Be careful on that, don’t buy too much until you make sure the product is good. 2- I bought a Massa de Pastel and that came BAD, you can tell from the BAD smell from the product, but remember, their return policy it make no sense and you need to pay for a BAD product? Look, some products it did required a standard temperature to be considered a safety for your health, don’t think I will by cold (frozen products) there, I will do from the scratch even if take more work, but I fell better that way than get sick from a product that came bad or turn bad fast on my refrigerator. Something to think about it. 3- Thought about going out there and explain and bring the product as well, but I don’t think would be worth it the time, this is their policy. 4- Bought a Cheese there and in 3 days was already start to turn BAD wow, unbelievable. Usually I eat a lot of cheese and last way longer, but I couldn’t believe when I seem. I’m glad that I bought a smaller one and not the big one. 5- I understand to export products it isn’t easy, however I’ve been in a lot places and they usually have good policy and easy to return in case something wrong with product.
Putting this way:
You buy there, you done.
Suggestion: when you go to those stores or similar, check the return policy and don’t buy too much things just because you love it the product.
Update review: 01/15/2021 I think you should appreciate my points of my comments, If no one come to us either online or in person it wouldn't be possible to make a successful business. I don't g very often on any Brazilian store all the time and I don't have nothing personal against your business, but if you want a suggestion, I do have one: Update your receipt return policy, now you have on written. Dont take things too personal, take it as a granted and make it better. I will be happy to update my review in the future as when I seem or hearing some changes. No hard feelings, only...
Read moreThis place is greedy. I bought some frozen pizzas from this place maybe 3 months ago or so. I paid somewhere around 7 or 8 bucks each and got 3 of them. They’re decent MEDIUM sized FROZEN pizzas. Well I go back today to grab a few only to discover at the cash register that they raised the price to these little medium FROZEN PIZZAS to an astounding $17!!! Who do these people think they are? You can have a freshly made LARGE pizzeria pizza for that price, or even cheaper!! This tells me that they’re just taking advantage of their own people, as there are only a couple of Brazilian markets in the vicinity. They should be ashamed of themselves. And I go back to look, and they do have the price marked on the freezer door, but the “1” is drawn a little crazy so it appears to be priced at $6.99. I hope this review catches the attention of ownership and this gets fixed and priced appropriately, because I didn’t enjoy spending almost $40 for 2 measly little pizzas to feed the fam tonight, as my stepdaughter sent me out to get one and I didn’t want to disappoint her. But from now on we will go to the other Brazilian market across the street. I may stop in from time to time to see if this is fixed so we can spend our hard earned money in this place again. But for now, no. Feel free to respond here and let me know this has been corrected and I may consider changing this rating, as the buffet food is good, BUT that stuff is way overpriced too, where you may spend almost $30 on a plate when it’s weighed out. Brazilian ownership taking advantage of their own people. Shameful.
Edit: But I see that any 1 star review is matched math the company basically shaming the person for expressing their frustration with this place, so I won’t expect anything different when they read this. I don’t care how long you’ve been around, or how many people you serve everyday. There is no excuse for greed. And you can paint it however you want, but the fact is that you’re overcharging for many things in this place, according to other reviews that I see here… $17 for a frozen medium cheese ...
