I've always had a love hate relationship with phone companies. A few months back I decided to switch to Verizon and chose this location to set my accounts up and was pleasantly surprised with great customer service from Tiffany.
I came in today for help with a billing issue I noticed on my account regarding Disney+. When I walked in, I was greeted and quickly approached by Kate who was more then willing to set down and listen to my problem; While Lupita helped another customer with his phone.
They worked diligently to fix each of our problems while simultaneously maintaining a conversation with both me and the other customer and helping each other out when they ran into a complication.
Absolutely wonderful service. I didn't feel like I was a nuisance or like my concerns were pointless. Kate even found multiple ways for me to SAVE MONEY on my next bill!
The employees here are very friendly and actually seem to care about your situation which has been refreshing each time I've visited this location. Tiffany even remembered what devices I had decided on months at prior to today andand recalled that I had originally gotten a tablet for work.
These lady's are amazing and funny to boot. If you have any issues or ever want to switch yourself to Verizon, I can not recommend...

They will scam you: I was due for an upgrade for my iPhone 4, and I could have just ordered a new iPhone 6 online for $299.99, but I figured why wait a few days for it to arrive in the mail when I could just go straight into a Verizon store and pick one up. They told me sure, we can do that, in fact we're actually giving away free tablets as well! I paid $353 for what I thought was just the upgrade fee for my new iPhone 6 and a new case; what really happened is that I paid $353 for a case, because they still put me on the Verizon Edge program, which means I had to pay the entire RETAIL value of my iPhone 6 (~$750) over the next 2 years. They also neglected to tell me that this nice new tablet they gave me for "free" was an additional line on my contract that I have to pay monthly for the next 2 years of a locked in contract.
Obviously I called up Verizon customer service, and that's when I discovered that THEY ARE NOT OFFICIALLY OWNED BY VERIZON, so the big corporate Verizon company can do nothing to rectify any scams they have done. Read moreStraight up frigging crooks! Bought my wife a new 800 dollar phone from these clowns not knowing that they were authorized dealers and not an actual Verizon store. Two days later the phone had burn spots in the screen. No big deal, it happens right? Took the phone back and the manager told us to go to 5he Verizon corporate store down the street for a diagnostic. We did so and he made notes on our account for a replacement at no cost. Ie. No restocking or activation for the replacement. We'll they charged us that anyway after trying to get my wife to say she broke the phone. Anyway after taking way to long to replace said phone and pushing the limits of my professionalism, they told her she could keep the ear buds and charger from the old phone. Now 11 days later we get a call from them saying we'd be charged for them and that they never said she could keep them. I WAS SITTING THERE WHEN THEY SAID IT!. Either way, we called the real Verizon to report them and they ensured they'd take care of the excess charges as they did with the others they added. Don't shop here. They will lie to your face. They're just set up to screw people out of money. It's frankly disgusting and I hope Verizon drops...
