The Trophy Case — Local services in Jacksonville

The Trophy Case produces great quality products, but at a price... I'm always impressed with the quality of the products. However, you can count on the lady at the front to be extremely rude. Every. Time. She rushes you while browsing, is sarcastic in conversation, has a cold and unwelcoming attitude, and makes you feel like she's doing YOU a favor by supporting HER business. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but based on these repeatedly poor and unprofessional interactions over the course of several years and dozens of orders, I will not be returning and would advise others to take their business somewhere it would be more appreciated and maybe greeted with a smile instead of sarcasm. My 75 year old Mother was just in here. She dropped some certificates she was carrying and bent down to pick them up while the worker was helping someone else. While minding her own business, picking up her dropped certificates, the worker shouted at her , "what are you doing over there?". She has never met my mother and they do not know each other. How Rude ! My Mother was looking to get allot of work done. We WILL NOT be using this place, ever. I have had a few items made at The Trophy Case and have always been happy with the results. Jeff and his staff have always been very helpful. Quick turnaround and good prices... much better than on base. I will continue to use this place for all my plaques and engraving needs.
