I woke up early for this, and let me tell you—I was NOT disappointed! From the moment I arrived, the energy, organization, and incredible customer service set the tone for an amazing experience. This food truck traveled all the way from Jacksonville, NC, bringing an entourage of family and friends to serve the city of Charlotte, and they did NOT miss!

I got there around 7:45 AM and brought coffee and donuts as a small thank-you for coming to our city. The kindness and gratitude they showed in return were just a glimpse of the heart and soul behind this team. And the FOOD—absolutely phenomenal! My kids and I devoured every bite of that seafood. The flavors, the freshness, the love put into every dish—it was beyond worth the early wake-up call.

Not only did they sell out because of the overwhelming support, but they handled the crowd with such grace, efficiency, and warmth. The customer service was top-tier, and the way they carried themselves with faith and gratitude was truly inspiring. I know without a doubt that God will continue to bless this business!

Cay, your energy is unmatched! Erica, I just met you, but it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. Ms. Darlene, you worked tirelessly, and yet no one could tell—you held it down like a true rockstar! Tony, I didn’t get to meet you in person, but your food speaks volumes—it tells a beautiful story with every bite.

I waited a bit before posting because I wanted to make sure I framed my thoughts the right way, considering this is a new place.

I was excited to try after reading the rave reviews. I am always ready to give small business a try.

The inside is super clean. The staff were friendly and informative.

I ordered The Royal, spicy and headed home.to try it. It smelled delicious.

I'll start with the good:

The crab legs were HUGE and meaty! The lobster tail was cooked just right and nice size as well!

Now, the not so good:

First thing I noticed upon tasting was that is was NOT spicy. Not even a little bit.

Then I noticed that the sauce the meal was coated in was not only not spicy, but really had no flavor at all aside from what tasted like unsalted butter, garlic, and paprika. I had to add my own seasoning for flavor.

I did not like the shrimp at all. It was a chewy texture and I thought could have used a bit more cooking.

The sausage was awful. It was thinly sliced and very low quality with mystery meat flavor and chewy casing.

The potatoes were potatoes, as expected, and they were plentiful.

The eggs were....confusing, for lack of a better word. In hindsight, I wish I would've taken a picture. They were about half the size of regular eggs and I've never come across that before 🫤

I can't speak on the corn because although it was listed on the entree, it was not included in mine so I don't know if they ran out or it was just forgotten about.

My review is based on their food truck. We recently ordered 3 cold trays and 4 Palm Punches for a birthday celebration with four people. Someone from our group drove 40 minutes to their Greensboro, NC setup and was met with kindness, prompt service, and a smooth pickup experience right at 12 PM.

The trays traveled well and stayed in the fridge until 8 PM. Once we reheated everything—WOW. We were blown away. We ordered the Cold Poobah Combo, Cold Royal, and Cold Everything, and it was a ton of food: crab clusters, large shrimp, chicken skewers, fajita steak, sausage, potatoes, broccoli, corn, and delicious sauces for each tray. Everything was seasoned perfectly and incredibly flavorful.

Here’s the shocker: I don’t usually like seafood, and this still ranks as one of the best meals I’ve ever had. They’ve taken a common seafood concept and made it 1000x better. The quality did not drop one bit despite it being a cold tray. This setup allows them to serve more towns without sacrificing flavor—genius!

The Palm Punch was fantastic too—we even used it as a champagne mixer the next morning.

Minor feedback: • It would be helpful to include reheating instructions via email or website • Had some issues adding extras on the webform—might be a server load issue • Only got 3 corn cobs—would’ve loved a few more over potatoes (next time!)
