Paleteria Deya is one of the very first ice cream parlors I came into when I first stepped foot into Jacksonville. It is a truly nice and festive area to be in. Every season they are showing true to their culture with decorations littered in the ceilings , on the ground and even outside of the door to welcome you. Their ice cream is often packed with flavor, spice and everything nice.

Very clean and everything is labeled and explained (very important for my Asian/American self because I’ve never tried many of these things.)
