Steve’s Subs and Salads — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Well, I can honestly tell everyone, this was the best sub I have ever eaten! Ohhh, soooo very delicious!!! The roll tasted as though it had been just baked - the freshest ever tasting bread! For myself, and I can probably vouch for others, if the sub roll is not fresh, then the sandwich will not be as tasty and pleasing. This was my first time ordering a sub from Steve's, since I live out of town, where there are too few food establishments and only 1 place that sells subs in a pizza restaurant. My spouse was going to Jacksonville, so I searched online for a sub place rated with great reviews, that also showed photos to view as well. I chose Steve's Subs. I ordered online, and also requested how I would like my meats sliced. Also, the online ordering has specific itemized choices to my liking. I received exactly what was ordered. This sub has exceeded my expectations, and now, the only place that will satisfy me when craving a sub is Steve's Sub and Salads! I have lived down the road from here for awhile now. But just placed my first order online yesterday.

Being originally from Chicago, and living out of state the past 7ish years I have LOONG wished for a good, ‘local sub shop’ like what I grew up with.

Steve’s is the spot in Jacksonville. Beats Jimmy John’s, and any other ‘franchise sub shop’ I don’t care what you think.

I used to go to Publix for their subs but that’s kind of a drive down Western and I’m super stoked to finally find a great place so close by!

The oil vinegarette they use is way better, and you can tell their ingredients are just that...

Steves Subs And Salads is our place to go! Wonderfully nice employees, the food is great (the bread is fresh and fluffy), the meat is fresh and has excellent taste. Prices are great, everything is awesome! Even saw Steve himself, really nice gentleman! You can clearly see he truly cares for his staff, the quality of food and his eatery.
