Windsor Commons — Local services in Jacksonville

Very clean and well-kept place, but VERY limited parking with Publix as the anchor. Nowhere near enough Handicap Parking spaces. I have overheard employees complain about the lack of HC spaces and witnessed someone who obviously was in need of a space and had a permit, yet was forced to park a significant distance from the building because there were no available spaces. This was on a weekday afternoon.

My daughter just moved in and loves it. He roomate has lived in another apartment there for a while and now lives with my daughter. They have a beauriful view of the water, golf course, and if you walk down their back stairs the pool is right there The office staff is amazing, the apartment looks new, curbside garbage service, beautiful pool and game room. I can always count on the following: -Store is clean & stocked -Always easy to find a friendly, polite employee if I have a question.
