Do not ever go to this Burger King unless you want to waste your time. I have been here 3 times in the past month and I'm 0/3 with even semi decent customer service. They false advertise on their menu and the pinhead cashiers/team members do not even know the menu or what they are selling...They have a Your Way and a Your Way Plus Menu well on the Your way plus menu they have Double Bacon Cheeseburger for 1.99....The last two times my son and I went through the drive thru and he ordered two of the Bacon Double Cheeseburgers both times from the Your Way+ Menu....The first time they came up to 6 dollars and change and my son and I tried to correct the team member about the price that she clearly had no idea was sitting there on the menu staring every customer in the face that drives through the drive thru and after arguing she finally fixed it....Well tonight we went again and he ordered the same thing and before we got to the window my son tried to correct a different girl on the price (which rang up for 7 dollars this time, remember these are supposed to be 2 $1.99 burgers) this different girl just ignored him this time....so he got out and took a picture of the menu w/ his phone, we got to the drive thru and tried to show the immature girl the picture on the phone and she just would not even look at it and was so rude and absolutely the farthest thing from customer friendly, not to mention this girl seemed like she was missing a few screws in her brain....I've been to bad fast food places, with bad customer service, but this burger king is the worst , horrible service, staff doesn't know the menu whatsoever , and many of the team members just arent playing with a full deck of cards...My son wouldnt even let me pay for the food tonight due to how ignorant and unhelpful the drive thru girl was, he literally just told me "mom lets just get the hell out of here." thats when the girl yelled something in frustration like the whiny, stupid employee she clearly is and my son and i both agreed....We will never come near this BK again, even though it is right up the road. Read moreIt's a fast food place. Most of the time it's right. However, this store has a high turnover rate, and the really good people don't stick around. Thus the food frequently suffers. Either the owners or the management tend to be at fault in this case. For best results, I recommend going when it's not the middle of the breakfast, lunch, or dinner rushes. That way, they have the chance to make your food correctly, without throwing it together poorly. (I've had sandwiches where the ingredients were going in three directions and the only reason they were together was the wrapper) It also gives you the time to have them remake your food (which for some reason always takes twice as long), get a refund, or speak with a manager (which never really seems to change anything, but occasionally, you just need to vent,... but I've been in their shoes, so don't cuss, don't threaten, and don't raise your voice above a level of aggravation. Yelling, screaming, beating on the counter, threatening and cursing at them does nothing productive, except get you banned, the cops called, and the incident on YouTube and Facebook. In the end, they will probably give you your money without the trouble, if you simply state that the food was bad, explain why (don't eat all of it, it couldn't have been that bad), and ask for your money back or...
Read moreNormally, each Saturday morning when I order code #2207 at this location, the experience is at most times, tolerable. Today, I am saying, the welcome to Burger King feeling, totally nonexistent when I needed the manager (Ms. Felicia) to understand that I wanted everything to be made fresh, that's including the bun. I didn't want a sandwich that was sitting underneath a heat lamp. By the time I get across the street to where I work, my food is cold. My hash brown are like plastic pallets, the bread on my sandwich is hard and dry on the bottom. Depending on whose on staff, my order is sometimes done correctly. Ms. Patricia and daughter, I appreciate your service and attention to detail. Great Job to her. Ms. Felicia, on behalf, I apologize if you felt that it was too much of a bother for you to make sure that I received the Great service that's widely advertised in all of the BK television ads, hoping I didn't come across as being rude in my request.
