Highland Manor Wood Products — Local services in Jamestown

We initially ordered legs for our new kitchen island from Highland Manor. They are beautiful and the quality is great! Shortly after that, we needed to install a railing system at the top of the stairs in that same kitchen. We wanted to create something rustic and unique. I knew I could make the handrails and base plates that we had envisioned but I would need to buy the newel posts. Everything we looked at online or in stores was very traditional and quite frankly, boring. We reached out to Woodland Manor and spoke to the owner, Shane. He said they could custom make the posts for us based on the description and sample pictures that we provided. He was even able to match the type of wood we would be using so the stain would look uniform. He was also able to split one of the post to allow us to attach the two halves directly to the wall. We had a fantastic experience working with Shane at Highland Manor. We ordered a few hundred interior and exterior balusters for a large single-family renovation. The quality of the balusters was excellent and they arrived very quickly (much shorter lead time than other suppliers we were talking to). Shane was highly professional and a pleasure to work with throughout. His communication was excellent, always very clear, and he was really good at thinking outside the box to come up with unique solutions for some of the balusters we needed.
