First complaint goes back to three weeks ago. I ordered S&S chicken which needed up being pork when I got home and opened my container. Didn’t eat or call back because I already know what the outcome would be. I asked for plum sauce and the little kid asked what’s that? What’s plum sauce and you’re and Asian restaurant? That’s a Japanese sauce used for sushi and is not common in Chinese restaurants. The little boy had a attitude the whole time like how dare I ask about plum sauce or let me try to educate him about it. He is very rude and bad expression on his face all the time. Second time I went I was greeted with the same low energy attitude and expression. This time I checked my order before leaving and it was chicken this time. Every time I walk in to place an order no one really pays attention. You have to verbally and physically wave down to get his attention being two feet away. He gets an attitude if you don’t pay before you get your food. I do not pay until my order is ready. One it may take to long and I can cancel and walk out if need be without having to wait or be forced to argue over my refund. Two I can check my order to see if it’s right before paying . If any restaurant had an isssue with you not paying for your order before it’s ready that’s a red flag. If they have an attitude because you check your food before paying red flag. If the order taker is angry and has an attitude all the time that’s a red flag. I don’t see what’s so difficult or hard? I miss Detroit and it’s Asian restaurants. At least my orders are hot, fresh and what they are supposed to be. I can get my plum sauce as well without being belittled and given a preschoolers version of history lesson on Asian condiments/ I am going to give them one last chance as I’m going to order right now. I will have a follow up review here in a couple hours....
Read moreI have been going to this place for years and never had any problems. The quality of service has been steadily getting worse as time has been going on but today was the icing on the cake. I placed an order for delivery and I ordered bbq boneless spare ribs and received bbq spare ribs with bone in. I called them back about the mixup and rather than trying to work out some sort of solution I was told repeatedly that I did not say that I wanted boneless. The person was in no way helpful in trying to remedy my problem. Since the call was getting nowhere my only solution was to tell them that they messed up my order and accept their screw up. I know I ordered boneless but I was willing to work out some sort of solution. I was highly disappointed with their customer service. It was obvious this is a common issue by how defensive they were when I was not being rude, so I would highly recommend they confirm with people if they are ordering boneless or bone in so this doesn't happen to someone else in the future. This place has now just lost a long time customer as a result of...
Read moreThe staff was really nice! The food came out quick and fresh during the lunch rush. I got the lunch special schezuan chicken with an egg roll, my boyfriend got the bourbon chicken lunch special with wonton soup. We also got the fried chicken wings, house special lo mein, and steamed dumplings. Chicken wings were pretty good. The steamed dumplings had a great filling, but there was barely any in it and the wonton wrapper was WAY too thick. Almost tasted like they bought them frozen from a grocery store and heated them up. The bourbon chicken was great, but the schezuan chicken had a thick, almost jelly-like consistency sauce it was swimming in which made it unappetizing. They forgot to put my eggroll in the bag and the pork fried rice was awful. It was basically a mexican yellow rice with bits of stale pork mixed in. The house special lo mein wasn't very good with too much soggy lettuce and not much meat. We won't be returning. I will continue to go to the China place on Little Road and Fox Hollow in the Golden...
