Beyond a simple coffee shop, the Oasis lives up to its name. The employees go above and beyond to ensure your time spent in this shop is time well spent. They have live music several times a week, the owners and employees treat you like family (remembering your name and favorite drinks or foods, and welcoming you back when you arrive), the prices are in line with many other shops in the area and better than some! Love your dog? Bring it with you! They have a beautiful patio area set up outside with tables, chairs, lights, umbrellas, and a sound system so you can listen to music! There's even a stage where some of the bands will set up! Need to work while on your break? Bring your computer; they have free wifi and chargers/ outlets set up to keep your business running. Bring friends and family of your co-workers; there's enough seating to go around.
My favorite food is the avocado toast on focacca today with tomato, salt & pepper, and extra avocado. Yum 😋 My favorite drink is a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel, however sometimes (fairly frequently lately), I'll ask whomever is working to just make up a drink for me. Recently, that was a (it sounds yuck but was VERY good) white chocolate with lavender frappuccino. Sooo good!
You really can't go wrong when you visit this shop; with friends, with work, your pet, or alone, time spent at Oasis is time spent in relaxation and rejuvenation while you get ready to return to work, family, or friends. Welcome to your new favorite home...
Read moreStopped by Oasis last weekend as I wanted to give them a try. Let me start by saying we just returned from North Carolina and found the most amazing local coffee shop that arguably is better than Starbucks in my opinion.
So my wife, son, and I walked in and found the place to be very unique and honestly a really cool spot to hang out with friends. Quite a bit of seating for your friends and family to join you if you wanted. Nice atmosphere very much like an Oasis away from busy little road.
We made our way to the counter and placed our order. Wife ordered a peppermint mocha iced coffee with a bagel/cream cheese, and I ordered a decaf peppermint mocha iced Americano, with a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel was pretty good. My wife enjoyed her bagel with cream cheese as well. Now on to the coffee. My wife thought her peppermint mocha iced coffee was sadly just ok. I ordered the peppermint mocha iced decaf Americano. This was extremely bitter to the point I just couldn't finish it after a drinking a quarter of it. Considering we always get Starbucks peppermint mocha iced coffees/iced decaf Americano for me, we were hopeful to find something local that could compete.
Overall this place could be a really fantastic coffee shop if the coffee was just a little bit better quality wise. I would love to give this place another chance in the future but for now we'll keep trying to find the "one" local shop that can compete...
Read moreIf I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This is, hands down, the best spot in all of Pasco. The family owned business supersedes when it comes to running this Oasis Cafe. The coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever had in my entire life. The food is also delicious and very fairly priced. The environment is very inviting, relaxing, and entertaining. You can watch funny clips on the tv, chill on the couch, or just find a table and study. The spacing is perfect, not too crowded not too empty. Pastor Jerry, his wife and children are some of the nicest people ever. They really strive to bring the community together through prayer groups, live music EVERY weekend, and many other events for people to enjoy. I really appreciate how there is a such a welcoming sense of community here, which I have a really hard time finding other places. There is also a conference room to rent if needed. The only downside is not being open Holidays or Sundays, but I completely understand. This place is truly an Oasis for those who want to escape from typical Pasco. Overall, I'm really impressed and happy with Oasis Coffee Spot; I hope they're...
