Well, you lost regulars today… My PARENTS … And to the waitress that embarrassed my mother in front of the whole restaurant, which was full by the way, you’re lucky I wasn’t there!! You have no idea what my mother has been through or what she had gone through right before she stepped into your restaurant… Yes, she might’ve brought a coffee in from a different place that comforts her, but they came there to eat your food… I understand you might not allow an outside company’s coffee inside, but there was a better way of you, letting her know that rather than embarrassing, her loudly in front of the whole restaurant… You could’ve let them sit down and politely went over to her and said sorry, but we’re not allowed to have other company’s coffee products inside our restaurant and they would’ve very discreetly walked it outside back to the car and came back to eat but no, you chose to embarrass her in front of a full restaurant… You’re not very professional, guess that’s why you have the job you have!! How does it feel to be put down or embarrassed in front of a large group of people!! You are lucky I didn’t get your name! You should be ashamed of yourself. How would you like it if someone talk to your mother & embarrassed your mother in that way you did mine??? You don’t know what people are going though and you chose to be nasty and embarrassed her rather then be kind & professional … NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF JOB YOU HAVE YOU SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL AT YOUR JOB AND YOU WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TODAY!!! … Whether your management or not you should be ashamed of yourself for embarrassing an older woman like that!!! … PS: My grandmother (my mother’s mother) made a living & supported 4 kids as a waitress, so I meant no disrespect to any other waiters/waitresses, I have mad respect for you all … just not this one for how she embarrassed my mother today!!! … Guess I was raised right & she...
Read moreMy experience with Breakfast Station is horrible. After being concerned my ID was left at the location, I returned in hopes to make sure it was there. I was told by "Mario" (who is actually a female) I would need to wait several hours in order to check the video footage, since they were unsure I was fine with that. She had a very rude tone the whole time. She was mad because I "wasn't a paying customer" even though I did eat there and paid yesterday. I explained I could wait however long they would need. Mario told me I would need to wait outside, even with the restaurant being dead with several open tables. I was confused, so I asked, "oh I can't stay inside?" and Mario continued to be aggressive and make mean remarks. I was going to walk outside, then after hearing how Mario was treating me, her supervisor stepped in. I explained the situation. I ended up working out the footage and the ID situation with the supervisor, which only ended up taking no more than 10 minutes. Not "several hours" like Mario insisted. The food is what you would expect, but the poor service of Mario is the reason why we will not be returning. Both the supervisors that helped me were very kind and understanding. Hopefully they address the server's...
Read moreThe prices are too high comparable to other breakfast restaurants. The last time we went, the prices had gone up and they went up again this time. For 2 people...1 with a $10.99 breakfast with ice water...1 with an omelet with veggies and cheese, which came with homefries, and asked for onions, green peppers and gravy on them. ....the bill was $34.38! I had an iced tea for 3.29. The worst part was the waitress arguing with me. Whoever trained her should have taught her that you don't argue or rationalize. You should apologize and see if there's anything you can do or ask the manager... or something. The? Music was uncomfortably loud. We asked for it to be turned down and she said there's nothing she can do about it again instead of apologizing and telling us that she would see if she could do something, she told 2 other waitresses...and they just looked at us! The volume did go down even though they had no control over it... Go figure. The quality of the food has gone down, as the prices went up. The omelet was watery for whatever reason. Won't go back. Since 2005 it has been one of our favorite places to eat... not...
