Decided to buy local & purchased a corner couch & 2 recliners. Was informed 1 recliner would have to be ordered, but wasn't given an eta then or the first time or two I called about it. Later I was told it would be 6 weeks. I call every 2 weeks to make sure it didn't arrive early, they gave a mild attitude about me calling to check on it. At 6 weeks I go in the store only to find out it had been there and they were unaware and unsure of how long. The other furniture I purchased was delivered for free within 2 days.
