Only leaving 2 stars because the young man at the counter tried his best to help us, should be less than 1 star. First of all, we were waiting to order but he had to point us to the kiosk. He said they aren’t allowed to take our orders at the counter anymore, that we have to order through the kiosk. That’s ridiculous, but we tried anyway. Of course, it took much longer & ended up freezing up before we were finished. He ended up having to put our order in at the counter anyway. Then a young lady that was putting orders together in the back began getting on to him for taking our order there and not making us use the kiosk. He explained why he had to. She continued to scold him and mouth off about it, even saying something to the tune of, “I don’t care if they like it or not! If they want to order, that’s how they will have to do it.” The food was not good. They were out of multiple ingredients & drinks. We all ordered Pepsi. 4 out of 5 Pepsi were out of syrup. So we changed drinks. 2 of which were sweet tea, we ended up with unsweet tea. Needless to say, we won’t be back. And to the guy that was running the front that took our order, go find another job. The lady there was extremely rude to you due to no fault of your own. Find a place that values you more. To the manager of this place, do better. We can get past missing ingredients, drinks, etc..but the way the lady in the back treated this young man and her attitude towards us not wanting to use the kiosk was unacceptable. To Taco Bell in general and everywhere else that uses them, these kiosks are a joke. Nobody likes them. We’d rather have human...
Read moreStopped in for a quick bit. Handicap parking and access. Great location on highway 190. Large clean driveway and parking lot. I haven't had Taco bell for a while due to us never having one in our home town. Was looking forward to it. Went inside to order and done in but no one behind the counter. 2 female employees standing by the drink machines talking about the dates they went on. One of them pointed to the kiosk machine. We stood by the counter for a minute then realized they weren't going to talk to us much less take our order, so we left. From what I understand, all Taco bell restaurants is only kiosk machines now. Not for me. I'm sure the employees like them since it gives them less to do. Some people don't carry credit cards due to id thief. Or, never use one. Most of these people like myself are older, retired people. And then there are kids. Most kids don't have a credit card at least until they start driving. So, I don't know why Taco bell would choose to eliminate that group of customers. I asked my grandson (16) what he does and he says just go thru the drive thru. He says it's Taco bell's way to discourage customers from dinning in. I'm not sure of the reason, but I find it hard to believe that any business would willingly eliminate any customers. Maybe I'm in a small group but I don't use kiosk machines and I'm not...
