Just want to let everyone know that oriellys auto here in jasper now has a great group of guys and girls working and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.1 month ago the manager Glen i believe was hos name help me get situation taken care of when it was his time to go home he went above and beyond that evening to make sure i was taken care of. I go in and see him and his workers they seeem to be a team working together and you hust dont see that anymore so he gained my trust and business i will not go anywhere but to glens store just because i know him and his team will help me out and i waish i could talk to corporate and let them know jasper oreilly team deserves a lil appreciation and a lil bonuse for all their hard work .again thank you glen and the team jasper oriellys good...

Own a 2013 Ford F-150, had an issue with the battery. I work near by. Had a co-worker jump start it, it was running funny so I pulled in. I must say Glenn, the gentleman that assisted us was polite, and funny. Told us stories while plugging device for codes. He not only, pulled the codes up. But, also explained the codes. The girl who was working the counter skin dark hair girl. ( Emma) Was very rude and very snappy not a place that I would come back to and get parts if she is working. The way she talk to customer on the phone arguing with customers especially when they have a shop. Everyone watch out. I don't know what they have going on here I'll contact the GM about this.
