Panda Express — Restaurant in Jasper

I literally would have given this place 5 stars since the day it opene, but they moved the store manager Catlyne about 3 weeks ago and this place has become a joke. Things are broken, they are consistently out of supplies, the manager and cooks are always on thier phones. This review is over the past few weeks and not one or two visits. The other day was the worst! Kitchen staff was on his phone watching a sports game or something, and 7 (seven) items were out at the counter. They guy was not responding (heard) to request and had an attitude in general. Drinks empty, dinning area was dirty, and the main manager is to focused on swinging his hips, and wearing pants so tight he can't even work in them, not to mention always on his phone. Bring back the previous management because this crew is now a joke. Up untill a few weeks ago we would eat here almost daily. 07/29/25 we went back in after prior review, asian guy named (GUN) was running the show and and tall guy with a very well kept black beard in kitchen. Management needs to consider JD as an employee. last night at 9:28 had stopped by to pick up dinner for me and my fiancé. verified they were still opened where a nice lady had said yes and i had ask if they was all the fried rice they had left and the lady said yes and said it’s no issue to make some more. told JD to make some more rice where he approached the bowl and said “ i’m gonna make it out of white rice so it’s not gonna taste the same so oh well” then proceeded to ask if there was any sting bean chicken left and once again the lady had asked JD to make some and he started shaking his head. i canceled the string bean and just asked for orange chicken. i understand being aggravated for having to make a little extra food but the way JD acted will keep me from coming back to the restaurant. the lady name started with an A and she was beyond professional and nice. apologizing for your co worker is...

I cannot say enough great things about the Panda Express in Jasper, GA! Every time I visit, the food is fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. What really sets this location apart, though, are the incredible employees. Jamie and Rebecca are absolute stars!

Jamie’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every customer feel valued and appreciated. Rebecca is equally fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure orders are perfect and delivered with a smile. Together, they create an amazing dining experience that keeps me coming back.
