UPDATE: it’s been about 6 months since the original review and 1 of the prongs holding in my center stone completely broke and FELL OFF! I was lucky I noticed and caught my main stone before it fell out!

Totally botched both of our wedding rings. 😭 I've had my wedding ring with no issues for over 4 years. Took it in because the center stone was slightly loose but when I got it back they'd changed the setting and lifted the stone (without telling me) and I've have had problems with it ever since. Been here 4 times since June. While the staff are 'nice' I don't feel they really know what they're doing with jewelry. Picking it up the last time my husband brought to their attention (again) that the prongs were crooked and the stone wasn't in right. We we're met with "it's fine" and eventually, "what do you want us to do?". I'm not a jewelry expert.. but the photos speak for themselves...

Not to mention my husband dropped off his Damascus and rose gold ring for them to just clean up/ polish the rose gold and now the Damascus patterns are GONE. It looks like sterling silver with finger prints all over it! When we picked up my husbands ring they never admitted fault and assured it was just temporary from the cleaner- it's been months.

I've taken my wedding to another jeweler for another opinion, since from the last visit it was clear they couldn't fix what they had messed up, and was told, "this ring is a mess, I'd take it back and get something else for my money" ... from another jeweler guys. Be careful of...

Took a ring to be resized (to be made smaller) after 2 months the band separated where they had cut it, and I called them to say hey it's come apart and they said "if it wasn't wearer error they'd fix it" I didn't have time to go down there yet because I moved almost 2 hours away, and now a couple months after the band separated we've realized they STOLE the silver off of the ring and recast it as brass, because the "silver" coating they apparently put on it to cover it up has completely worn off and you can see the brass coming through, when this was a sterling silver ring. There's also burn marks all over it now that the silver has worn off. They also charged me three times as much as other places would have apparently, so I paid over $60 for them to completely destroy my engagement ring and now I'm probably going to have to spend three times that to get it repaired...
