AT&T Store — Local services in Jasper

Wow. Jasper AT&T store. If I could give Jocelyn Crump more than 5 stars for her great service and fantastic attitude during our visit today, I would. I’m going to miss some of her kindnesses but here goes my best attempt: -greeted every person as they arrived and as it got more crowded, she let them know it would be a bit before she could help them -as she helped the next person, she also triaged to see if she could answer quick questions(no one was upset by this;we all understood she was working her tail off for all of us). -once she understood we were looking for new phones, she pointed us to the correct area while she finished up with the customer ahead of us, gave us time to explore and gave great helpful information and advice when we asked. -even when phones were stubborn in transferring, she explained, helped another and came back, never making us think we had been forgotten There could have been a store full of extremely unhappy customers(I counted 12 at one point and she was alone for a lot of the time) but she kept working and helping as efficiently and effectively as she could.
