This was our second attempt coming to this restaurant, we won't be back. I seriously doubt that they will be around in 5 years. I don't think they will accomplish the 5-year plan. I don't know if this is a chain restaurant or not, but the food, The quality of the food is absolutely horrible. My wife ordered the Reuben sandwich.the fries came out cold. The meat on the sandwich seemed to be of a low quality meat and they forgot to put cheese on the sandwich as well, The bread only sandwich was absolutely soaked with the juice and fat. I guess of the actual sandwich soggy not toasted ,I ordered the chopped steak. I think that's what it was called, Just like the Reuben, the hamburger must have been a very low quality meat. It was funky, The gravy on top of the burger was very glistening and salty and hardly had any mushrooms or onions, the broccoli was pretty good. I did like the broccoli, we also got the sample appetizer platter $16 I think maybe 18 dollars? It was so so the chicken wings were fairly okay. The pretzel bites I don't know doused in butter. Very doughy. The cheese curds things are not very tasty. Chicken strips were pretty good but we're not coming back again. $85 for both of us to eat. That's with one beer for my wife. I got the vodka tonic which was all tonic so I asked for a shot to add to the drink. I Asked for Tito's vodka. Pretty sure it wasn't. But wait here comes the positive part the waitress was awesome. Very professional to us asking us if we needed water. Checking on us constantly. That was really nice. Oh yeah, also need to check your ranch before y'all serve it to your patrons. Very sour, I also noticed I don't know if it was the manager or an assistant manager going to three different tables what seemed like he was apologizing for orders being wrong and customers being upset with what was sent from the kitchen to the table. Horrible. Good luck in the future, nobody in the restaurant looked happy at all....

We have ordered takeout from this location multiple times but might reconsider business in the future. This time around we ordered wings to watch the playoffs. My husband glanced at the order and it appeared right so he brought it home. Instead of buffalo wings they had given us BBQ wings. My husband called to let them know so our correct order could be prepared. They said we needed to bring back the bbq wings. I don’t know if this was because they didn’t believe us or what. He brought them back. The manager was very unprofessional on the phone and in person. When a restaurant messes up I feel they should do something to rectify the situation. We had to drive all the way back and didn’t get any kind of apology for the inconvenience. This is not the first time they have messed up a to-go order that I have had to drive back to fix. I will usually give the benefit of the doubt and leave it be, but the conduct of the manager lead me to leave this review. Hopefully this review will help them improve business. We will most likely not be back.

Edit: We received a phone call from the general manager. He comped our meal, so I feel the matter has now been more than taken care of. I’m amending my review for the wonderful handling of our situation...

Upon arrival at 4:40 on Sunday there were 4 tables in the restaurant with occupants and several at the bar.

After waiting at the hostess stand for 5-8 minutes a waitress finally had to come get us and seat us. We noticed right away the bar crowd seemed to be a little over intoxicated.

Keep in mind we frequent here often, once we sat down we ordered beers. I had left my ID, so I was not able to be served. Not with a DDS scannable ID from my phone wallet and not via picture.

Since I was not able to be served with either of those options my husband was made out to be as that he couldn’t get one.

What was going to be a decent bill from beer, apps & multiple meals turned into 2 meals and waters all around for all. This instance wasn’t just over the beer, it was over the fact that the restaurant was dead and we had to wait and then were not allowed to be service.

Half way through our meal two gentleman at the bar decided to get loud and rowdy. One man was SO DRUNK he kept knocking his chair over, multiple times.

Management had to come over and address the situation once, meanwhile this gentleman was still allowed to stay and drink.

Do...

Our first time here at this location. We liked the atmosphere, and the music, (70's rock is perfect for me). The waitress was very nice, and helpful. She gave us plenty of time to ask questions, and review the menu. Didn't feel rushed at all. The pretzel bites were a good appetizer. I had the Louisiana Penne Pasta. Could've used a bit more seasoning, if your going to reference "Louisiana," in the title, and certainly a little more sauce. The potato soup was good, with nice chunks of potato. They serve Alpine Bakery desserts here, which are the best in North Georgia. There is patio seating here, if you desire. The entrance is on ground level with a flat parking lot, so easily handicap accessible.

Many find it odd to eat alone. I find it zen. I’ve eaten here a handful of times, and each time I feel welcomed and left in peace. They remember you. As one with autism, the blend of true friendliness and genuine care pair beautifully with the food. It’s never loud. It’s always savvy. Brookelyn is brilliant in her easy demeanor. Jaden was on one of his first days, yet, I’d never know. The manager, Rachel, trains them with firm compassion. They care. It’s rare I find somewhere mainstream while personalized without a false facade. I’d run this in the Blue.

My husband and I stopped in here on 5/13/24 and had a late lunch/early dinner. My husband had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. It was a lot of food. I had a Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potatoes fries. We also had an appetizer of egg rolls. It was all really good. I usually do not go for the first couple of months a restaurant opens but we happened upon here and everything was great. Staff did a great job. My wrap came out as a sandwich but was quickly changed to the wrap and done so with a great attitude. We will be back!!
