Dufry Duty Free Shop — Local services in Jefferson Township

So the signs say if you are traveling domestically you can shop there. So I walked around and picked up two bottles of liquor. When I reach the counter to pay I am asked where I am traveling to. I tell him and they tell me I am unable to purchase the liquor because it is a domestic flight and takes the bottles away. He then proceeds to tell me I can purchase chocolates but I was not interested.

I recently visited this duty-free shop with the intention of purchasing a pair of glasses and a perfume. However, our experience was completely ruined by the staff. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic professionalism. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. This review is for a specific employee. I don’t know her name, but it was an Asian lady. We went in this store while waiting for our flight. As soon as we stepped in, she asked (not in a very nice tone) what we were looking for. We told her we were looking around. She proceeded to follow us around the tiny store while staring at us. I was interested in a perfume, but if I’m gonna be treated this way, I’d rather buy it elsewhere. Even if she suspects of a person, this is not the right way to approach the situation.
