Hub 51 — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

What made me want to write a review was because of the horrible service. I arrived when the place was not busy. My server had maybe 4 other tables which looked all to be on their way out. It took her almost 10 minutes (walking past me several times) to even come and say hello. I couldn't pull up the menu from the QR code, for what ever reason and was immediately responded with attitude on her end. I blew it off and tried to enjoy my meal. Food came out quick, the sandwich was decent but the fries were soggy. After I was obviously finished ( pushed my plate all the way to side, with silver wear and napkin stacked on top ) I waited 10 minutes (with her walking past several times again) in hope for my receipt. No luck. So I took out my credit card and laid it visibly on the table, in hopes she would catch on. No luck again. And after almost another 10 minutes of watching her walk by, I had to finally wave her down and ask for the check so that I could leave. I spent $23 (including tip) on a chicken sandwich and fries. I completely regret coming to this place when I should of just went to the burger King down the hall and spent half the amount of money on the same exact thing and the time, not waiting on someone who didn't care to serve on me in the...

My wife, Son, and I stopped here for food on our way ot to Phoenix. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My son has sever symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder and can be a bit much but the staff was awesome given how loud he was being. They allowed us to sit wherever we wanted.

The waitress came over in a reasonable amount of time and took our drink and food orders. Drinks came out quickly and food came out soon afterwards.

My wife ordered a burger and I got the pulled chicken nachos. We also ordered an extra side of fries for my son. My wife said the burger was good. I tried the fries and there were good as well. The pulled chicken nachos were great. The portion was certainly good for the price. Airport restaurants are always more pricey, but the portion was very large. Came topped with chipotle salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. The chips seemed homemade.

My wife had 2 cocktails, which was definitely overpriced at $32 for absolute, $16 each.

The reason I did not give 5 stars is the napkin and silverware I was given was really dirty, it had clearly been washed but was not clean. The alcoholic beverages were way overpriced even at...

Avoid going here at all cost!!! Management need to know that the service is absolutely horrible. We were told it was a 30 minute wait. No problem. Our table was ready in 30 mins. We sat down and waited 10 minutes before anyone even came over to get drink orders. We ordered drinks and chips and salsa. 4 of the 5 drinks came out over a 15 time frame. The last drink was delivered AFTER the food was delivered because we had to prompt the waitress that she forgot it. We waited at least 45 minutes for the food to come out .. Including the chips and salsa. There were 3 burgers ordered at medium and as you can see from the photo that's not what came out. But at this point our plane was boarding and we had to just deal with it. To note other things I witnessed while waiting. I counted 5 parties that walked away never to be seated because no one was attending the hostess stand. And those that seated themselves.....Just sat never to be served. 2 servers shifts ended during our time there and replacements never showed up. Don't waste your money...
