This week the delivery sold me a bad (sour) cheese. I realized that when I got home and went back to the store so they can change it. I went directly to the deli and the guy gave me a new cheese that costed 80 cents more. He told me I have to go to the front and let them know... which I did and they said ok, I was leaving and the manager stoped me and said he has to charge me the difference .80cents. I asked him if my time and gas don't even count...I mean they sold me a bad cheese and he charged me .84cents more.. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he is the manager.. that that was the policy they had.. how in the world they sell bad cheese the customer has to spend their time and gas and others to come back and change the cheese and instead of apologizing...they charge me more?...

Need better customer service!! Easy parking. Nice vegetables and fruit selection. Nice deli and organized meat department. Assortment of Mexican canned goods too. They have a sign that's unclear and not in view, at entrance of store. It says no bags, that's Not a roller bag!!! I took my roller bag last weekend and the rude employee lady catches up to me. And she let's me know I gotta check it in. I had my hands full. So I said, I didn't know and would leave groceries to go back. I carried my groceries to the front and another woman tells me same information. I was paying then, told her I was told already and let it go!! That's too much babysitting. A large grocery store that offers a huge selection of Hispanic foods.

They sell in-house made tortillas that are a little smaller and pricier than normal tortillas, but, they are very popular with the locals.

The pricing here is hit-or-miss, in fact, unless an item is on sale, usually the prices are higher than you can purchase at other stores.

Where they outshine all other grocery stores is their hot food bar. Where they offer a delicious variety of Hispanic Foods including Puerto Rican rice, carnitas, chile rellenos (my favorite), as well as chicken, fish, and beef dishes. Since the pandemic, they are all packed in individual containers for take out.
