What can i say about this location. Well let me start by saying that the staff needs more training. I placed my order got my cups went to get my drinks ummm no ice on either of the machines, one mach8ne the only thing it had was sweet tea . I go to the other machine it has a few more options . I get my food .mmmm looks ok. Well it wasnt. My fries were cold my burgers were cold and my chicken strips were burnt they were super hard and dark brown. Needless to say i took them back they said 7 min i got new chicken strips and now they are raw uncooked. The chicken was hard and red from the middle . My burgers were cold the cheeses was hard the meat was cold the buns felt like they been in the refrigerator . I went to the counter to ask them for ice and let them know the machine was out . Well it stayed out cuz i was there like 45 min and it wasnt refilled at all. Another customer were trying to get ice and i told them tell them the machine is out of ice she said no its ok i dont feel like fighting with them tonight. So i could see the manager and a other girl that was in the front on the side towards the back on their cell phones and laughing so loud . At this point im done with this location. I dont usually eat burger king but it was a sunday and around 9 p.m so i said wth i will give it try. .so i paid for raw chicken and super cold food and drinks with no ice . Bad location. Avoid...
Read moreWell to start off. I just went to this particular Burger King because I know it versus going to other Burger King's I also know. The main reason why I came is because of the "Impossible burger" or Burger King's version or a vegetarian or vegan burger they kept advertising on regular TV . It was something that I put in the bucket list. I'm sure every other Burger King has the "Impossible Burger" but so far it does taste like a burger but it's not as greasy as a beef burger Whopper. Has the right texture and the right taste of a burger no aftertaste of a vegetable. Do try it but very expensive at just $6 for the sandwich alone versus if you order it with the meal. I'm trying to avoid eating fries and carbonated drinks also ordered a Hershey sundae pie but it doesn't look as nice on my picture then it does on the menu as you see my picture I took. On the other hand, I did taste the Hershey Sunday pie and it was delicious however for such a small portion I was not satisfied. It is like eating a French Silk Pie which is one of my favorite pies to eat next to fruit pies. Other than that three stars for this and not focus on this particular Burger King location wise on the food not the service. I can't give it more because there is nothing super good about the Impossible Burger which was the main reason why I went to Burger King as a bucket list for a quick lunch...
Read moreThis is an update of my rating three years ago. From 4 stars I adjusted to 3 stars: My shopping experience wasn't good at all. I was hungry and in a hurry so I decided to stop by here. I regretted after all. I mean, I like the burgers those were the only available fast food burger in my country growing up so I developed some affection for them. However, that was then and now is a different story. To start they do have two pop machines of the new ones that give you the option of selecting whichever flavor you want as far as they have them available which wasn't the case here. Your Coke option was just the regular flavor. Forget about cherry, vanilla, raspberry, etc. All of them empty. I informed an employee and it was like "it's not my problem" attitude. Just asked me if I tried in the other machine and both of them were empty. The other situation is regarding with their side options (corporate wake up), are so boring: French fries (yuk), and onion rings 😷. Props to @Wendy's on that one. Anyhow, I'll make my vows to avoid @BurgerKing as much...
