Crumbl — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I'm rating this place two stars because the cookies were decently good. The one cookie I got was raw on the inside, and one of the semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies I got for some reason had a lot of salt on top of it. The salt kind of killed the cookie for me. But, the main reason I am giving this place such a low score, is because of the customer service I received. The people working there did not seem like they even wanted to work here. Also, the one male worker who showed me the cookies before I left aggressively closed the box. The look he gave me when we made eye contact made me feel so unwelcomed. Like I was a pest for being there. I wonder what the interview process consist of, and what kind of questions they are asking - is customer service even a topic? Because these employees had no clue how a customer should be treated. Going forward I will just go to Wicker Park and get Insomnia...

I've been here about 10 times. Every time I come here, I feel really uncomfortable. The employees are all weirdos. Those women who work there have no expression. It's like they're dead on the inside. The cookies are great, but this particular location just creeps me out. Also, I've had 2 experiences where I ask to get a different cookie because what I get looks like total garbage, and I get a disgusting look from these weirdos. That's the only expression they do have. 1st exchange, the weirdo gave me the same cookie like I would not notice. 2nd time with a different weirdo, she gave made it seem like I sent her off on a marathon for that cookie. Lol Pay attention to these people. They're absolutely miserable. They hate they're job...

Zero stars for everything. I want to start by saying that I online ordered at 10am this morning for carry out at 7:30 pm. As I am leaving the store, empty handed, I am just so angry with this business. When I arrived, I had to wait for an extra 45 minutes only for the employees to tell me that they are sold out of every cookie I ordered. You would think that an online order made 9 hours before would have a little priority, right? But no, this business has no clue on how to manage their orders. In attempts to get a full refund, I was met with an unkind worker who was very short with me. Safe to say that my heart is crumbl'ed and my birthday is ruined. Will not be returning my...
