Amazing experience. Owner came up to the register as I was ordering. I told him that we were in Chicago for a small amount of time and actually driving out of state after that stop. He said oh no you and your family must come on in and eat inside, have the full experience! He was so welcoming. He went out of his way to walk outside with me to our car that was parking in back with a U-Haul trailer attached to it and said, you can leave you car there while you come and enjoy your lunch (even though it was taking up multiple spots) he even opened the door to our car as a king gesture to be even more welcoming. The food was amazing and the customer service was extraordinary. The girl at the counter was also very kind and great customer service. We got thin crust cheese pizza. But they are known for their biggest slices around, they are huge! They also had deep dish Chicago style and it all looked amazing! If we lived in the area we would become regulars. Stopped in to Di Nico's Pizza 🍕 for lunch after hearing about the size of their slices, and they lived up to their reputation! I ordered one "Meaty" slice, which is then sliced in half into two regular-sized slices after purchase. 2 Di Nico's slices equals four regular-sized slices from other pizzerias. That plus a fountain drink cost a little over $15, which is a pretty great value. These are thick slices with generous toppings. The only downer is the slices are not that great taste-wise. I'm not sure if it's the sauce, or the cheese, or something else, but the slices definitely aren't making a top 10 list in my opinion. If you're in the neighborhood and are looking for a decent meal at a decent price. Di Nico's is a good place to visit. If you're looking for really good pizza there are much better options...

If zero stars was an option that would be what I would rate this place. First time ordering and ended up canceling the order. Person who took the order advised me it would be about an hour. I called about an hour and 20 minutes later to get a status update employee told me driver just left a few moments ago. Another 20 minutes went by and pizza has not arrived yet. Mind you I GPS the address to my house and it is a five minute drive. 1 hour and 40 minutes later I called back again let them know I have not yet received my order they advise me the driver did leave 15 minutes ago but had three other stops before mine.
