I ordered an Acai Bowl and they gave me the bowl with bananas and granola. That's fine but I've ordered the bowl 10 times and knew what comes on this bowl and is the main reason I order it. Comes with smoothie berries - BANNANA, strawberries, blueberries, granola and coconut which is amazing. I ask the gentlemen that states he is the manager if this is like the picture and he said yes, I looked at this and plainly seen it wasn't right, while he laughed at me while looking and asked him again if he's certain and I walked away..I sat down and decided I didnt want what I didnt pay for and return it.. Recommend to have these workers properly trained on the right way to make the bowls and if they dont have a fruit to let the person that is ordering it know so they can make a decision if that's what...

Of course, Jamba Juice is always a delicious and healthy option. But THIS Jamba Juice at O’Hare airport is SPECIAL. Not only a fast and perfect pre-flight breakfast (açaí bowl!) but they saved the day for us, recently. Our daughter was going to Japan and left her wallet at Jamba Juice in her rush to the gate. She didn’t realize she had lost it until she was in Japan. You can imagine the concerns. But eventually, she realized maybe she’d left it at Jamba Juice and sure enough, Yakub had it and saved it for her until she returned!
