Worst service ever seen (store next to C19) June 30th 2017. A regular hot chocolate on the menu cost 4.00, a large one cost 4.55. However when you order a regular one they charge you a large one. When it was questioned, the guy tries to fool you that it was the tax, when asked what is base price the lady came over said "our system has problem when you order regular it charge the large one". I said you should tell customer or just gave a large one. The lady said "then you have to talk to my manager, i can't do anything, what do you want me do?" very attitude and rude! When asking for a refund, she was even mad, "i can't, you have to talk to my manager, what do you want me do? if you don't believe I can show how our system charges..", what a joke!!! when i insist requesting the refund, she was so mad "ok i gave you 55 cents back" then throw the 55 cents hardly on the table. I said "i don't need your 55 cents, that is not a refund and even you return me the over-charged portion you need return tax too even if it is just one cent", she functions so rude and then call her manager. The food is the lowest level you can get in this airport, not fresh and pretty tasteless. Even McDonalds is better in this airport. Wolfgang Puck is pretty much the best you can get in the airport (B gates).
The biggest disappointment is about how different it is compared with the original Brioche Doree in France. Here the bread is like chewing gum, no French baguette option, all food in the refrigerated glass case looks old and not attractive at all.
Some of the workers have no training on how to talk with customers, they just treat them like a conveyor belt in an assembly line.
The card reader forces you to give them a tip before you can process the payment.

Read moreI was with my partner around 9am or so the other day ordering 2 items toasted and 1 item not toasted. The woman at the counter must have misunderstood me and gave me the biggest eyeroll and turned away before I could even finish my sentence of “I don’t need to toast this next item, can I get a” she rushes to turn around to grab the two things in the toaster but was able to stop her “woah wait that’s not what I’m saying”
Such a shame because the food was decent! I would appreciate more patience from the staff in the future. I can understand you guys gotta move fast but please take a moment to like… listen to the order? And not be negative when YOU are the one...
