Zoots Café — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Nothing else is open before 6am therefore this place. I tried a few things. Ham, egg and cheese croissant, cinnamon roll and finally a sesame bagel.

I asked for the Ham, egg and cheese croissant to be heated. It was luke warm at best - it wasn't a great croissant. I ate the ham egg and cheese part and discarded the rest. I feel like if they toasted this croissant properly and served hot it would have been a lot better.

The cinnamon roll wasn't great, I ate the cinnamon center which was moist and cinnamon-y and acceptable. I discarded the rest. The icing had a strange consistency, it appeared to have separated.

At this point I was hoping for the sesame bagel to be good. At 545am I was hoping it would taste freshly baked. It was like eating a day-old bagel from a grocery store. I ate 1/4 and discarded the rest.

I tried several things hoping something would be good but, nothing was really was.

The two lineups were disorganized and no attempt was made to rectify that or communicate with the customers.

The staff, as mentioned in previous reviews are no friendlier than before - months later.

In my opinion, when other places are open there are better and fresher-tasting choices for...

The woman who takes the orders is incredibly rude. I walked to the "order here" sign and was berated on how I could try to place my order but I'll encounter a language barrier, that I should not step out of the line and fall back into my spot of the line and not skip other people. I seriously wonder what is wrong with that women. She could have politly directed me into the right direction but instead I was berated and accused of skipping the line. Her attitude continued while taking my order. About a minue later I was upset and had lost my appetite. I kindly asked her to cancel my order. As most food places at O'Hare airport are probably managed by the same company I will refrain from any purchases and next time I fly through this airport make sure I have my own food as I refuse to leave my money at a place with such naturally and unprovoked rude "service" staff. This happened on Oct the 3rd at 07:45 AM. What a nice way to...

Today the 20th of December I have ordered a veggie sandwich! I have been told specifically twice by two different attendants that there is a CHEESE inside the sandwich. I have found out that there was not even a shred of cheese within the sandwich. The price for some few lattice few mash rums and mostly mustard.......paid 8.28 USD. When I was asking why there is NO cheese one of the attendants just laughed in my FACE, giving me the feeling that I am a sucker.... I promise to come back, order the same sandwich and than asking the money back BUT now with a LOUD voice so every one will hear how shameless they are,!!! Just fooling the customers, and charging an outrages prices. Now I understand why the shop in front of them, got a lot of customers.....and me being the only sucker ordering......I will not be F* twice, I am flying a lot from this airport, and Like Shwartznegger said.....I WILL...
