I have been going to this shop for years and today they lost a loyal customer. I went to the ER and had to cancel my appointment and told the owner I’ll call back to reschedule when I am well enough and have a negative covid test. I was told today (my rescheduled appointment) I’d have to be charged for the original day and today because I cancelled. She never mentioned any of this on the phone. I have had rude comments made to me over the years that I have simply brushed off. I should have stopped going to her when she suggested I’m neglecting my dog. Anyone who knows me and my dog knows how completely ridiculous that sounds.. she is completely spoiled and loved. What made me also decide to find new groomers was as we walked up to her establishment today, my dog refused to walk and hid in between my legs. She never does that, even with strangers. Now I’m concerned as to what happened last time she was here and what is being done when I’m not looking. So today was the final straw. I absolutely love how this place takes care of Tobi. Every single time he's there, he's so pampered and happy when he walks out, I love it. Prices are based on the dog breed & size, but it's all-inclusive pricing - I pay a reasonable price to get my dog groomed (this includes bath, haircut, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning). It doesn't take more than about 1.5 hours for him to be ready for pick up, which is so much better than any petco, petsmart, or anywhere else you would typically take your dog to. The best part is that dogs are NOT caged! They are sitting by the window, just hanging out and waiting for their owners to pick them up. Brought my puppy here for the first time go get his face trimmed by a groomer named Yuri and this place did not ask for any vaccines! His face trim was not done properly, some spots were completely avoided from cutting and uneven. He got a potty accident just from being there which is really unlike him, so that tells me how unsafe he must’ve felt with her. I also brought my 1 year old dog to get her face trimmed and the way she was treated was not pleasant. She proceeded to pull her hair aggressively and get mad at my dog from moving from the pain she was causing her. Once we got in the car I noticed the groomer had not wiped away any of the hairs left from the hair cut and they fell all over my seat. Definitely do not recommend and will not...
