It felt like they didnât even want to listen or take the time to understand the documentation.
We were respectful and followed all the rules they outlined beforehand, yet were still turned away. If your policies go beyond state law, thatâs one thing but at least make that clear on your website or when people call in. We left feeling frustrated and dismissed after wasting our time,TWICE.    Read moreToday marks the 4th time I have visited this shop. I have ALWAYS been treated fairly and with the utmost respect. Their artistry and professionalism is 2nd to none. Speaking of professionalism, while I was there for my appointment, a young lady came into the shop for a piercing. She experienced trouble with the QR scan code. The employee helping her TRIED to help. She started getting belligerent with the employee. He directed her to the owner, without any apparent success to her issue. She immediately went out to her car and posted a very negative review and called back to further complain. Again, Kidd Joe tried to resolve her issue unsuccessfully. After the third call, that's when Kidd had to put an end to the harassment and flat out said he didn't want her business and told her not to call back. At no time was he, his employees or customers being disrespectful or racist. I want to clarify I have not been paid to say this. I was a bystander, and if this was MY shop it would have ended with the cops being called. I travel an hour to get here because of the cleanliness, the camaraderie, aattention to detail and professionalism. This shop did nothing to deserve this negativity. I fully support their actions.
