Yummy — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

It's verily worth an exploratory visit if you're in the area. The dining area is spacious and tidy and their service is fast and friendly. Stopped by on a Thursday not too long after they opened and ordered vegetable eggrolls, pork lo mein, and orange chicken to go and the food was ready after a short wait. Brought it home and tore into it straight away. It was all still piping hot, indicating that despite the rapid readiness of my order, it was all freshly made by expert hands. The food was excellent. The eggrollls were crunchy and just absolutely packed with cabbage. The orange chicken had a bit of subtle spiciness and was tender on the inside but with a slight crisp to its exterior breading. The pork lo mein was flavorful and aromatic. Overall, it was a fantastic culinary experience. Their portions were ample relative to their size and their prices are fair. I ordered through Grub-hub and was having my food delivered to my work. My office is a building with our name large and clear on the front, not hard to find. I paid for my meal and I waited over an hour for my delivery before calling the restaurant where i was greeted with "Hello?", no name of the restaurant or anything, had to ask if I called the right place. When that was confirmed, they said they were just closing when it clearly states they are open from 11am-10pm. I asked about my order and why I hadn't received it yet, they said they didn't know where the address was. Nobody had called me to figure anything out, so were they planning on just taking my money and not giving me the goods I had paid for? This was my go-to sushi place until an incident where there was a metal staple in my sushi. I called Yummy to ask them for a refund in which I got into an argument on the phone with the woman where I told her I wanted my money back, not the replacement food she wanted to give me as I did not trust eating their food again after that. That staple could have ripped the inside of my throat if I didn’t see it. She eventually agreed to refund me my money. After a week or two of not being issued a refund, I called the place back. The woman on the phone, as I quote, proceeded to get nasty with me and go “Listen lady, I told you I would give you $5 off your next order!” once she realized who I was.
