I walked in here to have my middle name removed or changed to initial from my account and I was told that this was a name change. No it is not, received terrible customer service even the manager came out and pretty much said I can't help you cause I have a meeting just to get rid of me. Tell me why I then had to leave this location I was instructed to do a legal name change to go to change my ID ha! and then I had to go visit another location to get this taken care of because no one knew what they were doing or did not care enough to handle my request. In the end go somewhere where they know what they are doing not somewhere where they are just winging it. Customer service is helping the customer not trying to just get rid of them.
