When Sofia answered the phone she was so knowledgeable about my situation that she knew exactly what permit I needed and was up front and honest with the permit cost and their service cost. My experience with Chicago Permit Services was great. When I first called for assistance for a building permit, Sofia called back a few minutes later. She was very thorough with the process and gave me a great quote right away. She was easy to talk to and was always available when I had a question and very thorough and patient with her explanations. After the city gave us a little of a hard time, SOFIA MADE SURE SHE GOT THE JOB DONE IN AN EXPEDITED MANNER. Once she had the docs ready, she went downtown right away and even paid for the permit with her own money! She trusted me in paying her back of course. Don't think about it twice. Sophia and her team is by far the best. I am a contractor but I do mostly work in a suburbs and we had a complete build out in Chicago. I am not used to the permit process the whole nine yards with the city. She literally took me by the hand and took care of everything for me.
