Unfortunately my last two visits in this store have been less than great. today a very pleasant gal was working alone. when we walked in she was attempting to assist two customers at a time. Two others were waiting their turn ahead of us. They eventually left after waiting an unknown length of time. one of the first two customers drove off and returned. not sure WHAT process should take so very long. we were in the store well over an hour before the worker was able to assist us. meanwhile others came and she walked around asking why people were there. she waited on two separate individuals in between dealing with us and the others. incredibly slow service. this company should respect its workers and customers. pay the help better, make sure there are enoigh trained staff available to assist customers! speed up the process. these are computer...

Thomas was an amazing sales associate to deal with! Helped me out by showing me the different options of phones, what was the best price, and sold me all the right accessories for my new purchase all while dealing with 4 other customers at the same time and never missed a beat with communicating with me. Anna at the Jefferson location was amazing! We signed up 5 new lines in 3 days with the typical small hiccups when transferring from another carrier and some lines not having been uploaded to the cloud in forever. She was most knowledgeable and helpful and our whole family was so happy to work with her through this transition.
