I'm rating 1 star, not because I was unhappy with a purchase but because I was unhappy with the service.

Supposedly the purchases of precious metals bought by this shop are melted down by the shop.

I came in looking for a real silver necklace, all they had on display was thread size that was real silver. When I asked about a larger necklace, I was informed that he sells this one necklace a lot, shows it to me and it was stainless steel, I asked price and was astounded by the outrageous price for a non precious metal necklace and expressed this concern, the man behind the counter then informed me that the price I would be paying anywhere else for the necklace size and metal I wanted was going to be this insane price because of the "market".

I ended up going somewhere else a bit further away and found almost exactly what I was looking for and paid no where near what this man told me I was going to pay.

I guess the moral of the story is, don't let someone's opinion force you to give up on your goals!!!
