IF you are looking for anything resembling customer service, this is not the place to go. Between Linda at the customer service desk talking to friends of hers for 10 - 15 minutes while a row of people are standing waiting to be helped is pathetic. Her personal conversations take precedent over the customers every time, to the automotive shop never putting appointment times in the computer and then when you show up (3 different times) they don't have you on their schedule. The techs in the automotive center have no customer service training what so ever. Their abilities as mechanics are bad enough that I'll never take my car their ever again. This store is in a small town and I always want to give the local stores my business, but after the treatment we received several times here I'd rather travel all the way to Watertown to the...

I went to the store to get some farm stuff that is on their website. I looked around the farm department for 10 minutes looking for it, there were two employees that came through and skirted out of the way before I could get to them. I finally went and found someone, who paged someone to the farm department and told them what I was looking for (I had it pulled up on my phone) after 5 minutes nobody showed up. I just checked out with what I had. I told the checkout lady, who was very friendly, that I thought their customer service was terrible. I lady then came over, who worked in the farm department, I told her what happened and showed her what I was looking for. Guess what, I wasted 15 minutes of my time for something they don't have. Very high-end clothing and shoes and boots.they also have unique things that you just can't find at most places. The entrance is very crowded the store itself is very congested with things all over the place in the middle of the Isles Etc. This is not a hardware store they do have some items but a lot of stuff they do not have. They do not sell wire or ceiling fan replacement switches. I'm not sure why I would think that farmers need to use wire for something on the farm.I bought Dog Chow dog food there and it was only a penny more than Walmart. It's definitely worth checking out they have a great dog section really nice leashes and dog collars. Definitely a store worth...
