I live in Athens and have been going to the Athens location since 2018. They had FANTASTIC customer service. Due to COVID, they closed permanently. So, my husband and I found the next closest location- Commerce. I needed a ring inspection and cleaning to keep the warranty valid. We drove to Commerce and were notified by a woman with grey hair that we had to make an appointment for inspections even though it was not listed on the website anywhere and there was one other associate there. She was rude and interrupted us when we tried to explain that our store closed, but if they have that as their policy, there isn’t much we can do. So, we scheduled an appointment for the following week for 5 Pm. Note that this store is open 11 AM-7 PM. So today is our scheduled appointment and we both got off work early to make it to Commerce by 5 PM. We arrived, parked, and walked up to the doors only to see all the lights off, the cage down, and the doors locked. No one was there. We received no phone call telling us our appointment was cancelled. I am absolutely blown away with the lack of respect to just pick up the phone to tell us our appointment would be cancelled due to them closing early (there was no sign saying why they closed early. Their normal business hours were still posted.) This is two 1 hr round trips made just to still have to wait to get my ring inspected....

He bought me a very expensive natural diamond ( not lab created) ring for our 36th anniversary. It needed to be sized. It's been almost 5 weeks and I still don't have it! It took 3 weeks to get it back from the repair shop. I needed size 10 with sizing bumps. It came back a 10.5 and no sizing bumps. I was told the would send it back as a rush job. I was promised a 7 day turn around due to the shipping. It has been 12 days! At the same time that my husband bought me the ring, I sent off a diamond tennis bracelet to have a safety chain added. It came back in 3 weeks with the chain so short that I couldn't get it on my hand. They failed to measure before sending it out. I still don't have that either. I spoke with a manager 2 days ago. She copped an attitude. She was supposed to call me that day and let me know what the status of my bracelet was... crickts! I am considering taking all my jewelry needs to another chain all together! Apparently, spending tens of thousands of dollars with them, mean nothing! My advice would be use a different location or don't use...
Read moreI have bought two very nice rings at this location. This time I purchased one and then took it home and she wasn’t the biggest fan of the ring so I took it back up there, no problem right.. WRONG!!! They informed me I was 2 days over “the policy”and wouldn’t take it back under no circumstances without finding something equal or grater value. I even explained the issue with the one I got was too big and she wanted something much smaller. With that being said I was pretty much stuck with a 2400 ring and not once did the manager offer to lift a finger to tell the situation of a returning customer to see if someone could make a over ride. We even found a smaller version of that ring and asked if we could get the difference back with a restocking fee so we could have the ring she loves. All we got back was just “I am sorry”
