If you're looking for the perfect bow shop, you'll find it here! After seeing Scot's videos online and realizing they were only 45 minutes from me, I called to make an appointment and drove down to see them. Taylor Parker took care of me and I don't know that I have ever had better customer service. I knew I needed a tune-up and minor upgrades, but had no clue where to start. He asked my budget and was very mindful of it with his suggestions without any pressure to upsell. We upgraded my arrow rest from a whiskerbiscuit to a QAD drop-away, new arrows, broadheads, and lighted nocks. Afterwards, he spent some time with me assisting me with my form and getting everything tuned to me. No rush, just incredibly knowledgeable with pure customer service. About a week later, I had an issue with my bow and was sure I had a partial string failure. I went back to see Taylor and instead of selling me strings and cables, he was able to correct the issue to get me through deer season (it was a completely separate issue than anything they did during the first trip). These guys are phenomenal and I'll never take my bow anywhere else! Can't wait to come back to Feathers and Antlers Outdoors to upgrade to a new bow and/or get some custom...
Read moreThese guys are awesome. As someone who previously worked in the hunting industry, usually when I purchase a bow, I pick it up, take it home, and set it up myself. This time was a little different. I’ve seen the owner’s heavy social media presence over the last year and decided to give them a visit. I had a bow in particular that I knew I wanted and I had shot it in the past. I called Scotty and had him order it for me. Fast forward to today, the bow came in and I got a prompt call as soon as it hit the warehouse door. I went and met with Taylor who had my bow already started based on the specs I gave him. After a 2 hour drive one way, I walked in the door. After a few tweaks, some tuning and about an hour and a half in the store, my bow was shooting bullet holes. Taylor provided exceptional customer service and made sure that the bow was set up to me. It’s difficult to find an archery shop in today’s world that provides the time to sit back and make sure the bow is truly fitted to the customer. Taylor and Scotty, thanks again guys! I’ll...
